We're hiring a CTO for a healthtech company that's already won. 🌟The setup: 📍 Remote-first | Based in Bogotá is preferred -LATAM Exclusive | Periodic travel 💵 $120,000 – $140,000 USD | Contractor model 📊 Reports directly to the CEOThis is a live B2B procurement-to-payment platform operating across 11 European countries, with 700+ dental clinics actively using the product today — and enterprise clients, and major pharmaceutical networks.The product works. The team is solid. What's next is building the AI layer from the architecture up — not adding AI as a feature.✅ Production AI experience — data pipelines, evaluation, monitoring. Not API wrappers.✅Strong backend engineering — Golang preferred.✅Has led a distributed team through a real technical or cultural transformation.✅Comfortable being hands-on✅Experience with RAG, agent orchestration, AI-native application design.✅Spec-Driven Development (SDD) as a standard practice, not an occasional methodology.Non-negotiables:🚫 Pure delegation profiles — you must be able to write and review code.🚫 AI experience limited to prompt engineering or LLM wrappers only.🚫 English below B2 — you will be in the room with European enterprise clients.If this sounds like you, I'd love to connect.
