About the roleFSG is the solution for operational excellence being sought by private fund managers who wish to focus solely on raising capital and identifying investment opportunities. FSG supports the entire life-cycle of clients’ private funds and management company, including execution of investments, the investor experience, and compliance, finance, and human resource solutions needed to satisfy regulatory requirements.FSG is the opportunity to learn and experience the finance industry for a people-oriented, hard-working team player. The role is primarily remote, and some training may be delivered in-person using client sites or local coworking locations. Clients may also request on-site support from time to time; during the interview process, FSG will outline any expected in-person training/support time.Your key responsibilitiesPreparing and coordinating subscription agreements for investments into clients’ fundsManaging ongoing workflows for subscription agreements in automated investment platformsOpening and maintaining brokerage accounts for clients’ fundsManaging email and telephone conversations with clients’ investors in a timely mannerConducting quality control processes around investor onboarding documentation, systems, and processesOur requirements for youBe a team player with a persistent work ethicLearn all we teach you quickly, comprehensively, and enthusiasticallyBe exceptional in organizational, written, and communication skillsHave impeccable attention to detailBe exemplary in prioritization and multi-tasking in a high volume, high speed environmentBe proficient in Microsoft Office SuiteWhat we offerComprehensive benefitsBase salary commensurate with experience and success: annual base salary range of $45,000 to $60,000Quarterly bonus with unlimited potential growth: 1/3rd of profits shared with the team in bonuses each quarterYou will be successful when you deliver exemplary service to clients and their investors, fulfill the FSG vision and purpose, and bring success to the entire FSG team.
