We are looking for a System Security Engineer to protect our platforms, systems, and customer data while working closely with our Engineering and Internal Systems teams.If you combine deep technical security expertise with a compliance mindset, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Conduct cybersecurity assessments, manage infosec risks, and perform vulnerability reviews across environments.Support PCI DSS compliance activities, including assessments, evidence collection, and audit preparation.Perform secure code reviews, review system architectures (AWS/Azure), and embed security practices throughout the SDLC.Monitor, investigate, and respond to security events, alerts, and incidents.Job Skills & Qualifications:Required:5+ years of hands-on experience in information security or cybersecurity operations.Deep knowledge of network security, identity governance (IAM, MFA, Zero-Trust), and infrastructure security.Experience with cloud security (AWS or Azure), vulnerability management, and patch management.Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 and threat intelligence practices (MITRE ATT&CK).Familiarity with Visual Basic (.NET), C#, T-SQL, or JavaScript for secure code reviews.Experience with SIEM platforms and security alert response.Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS security.Languages: Fluent English AND Fluent Spanish are MANDATORY.Preferred:Degree in Computer Science, InfoSec, or related field.Awareness of AI security risks and securing AI integrations.Experience with containerization (Kubernetes), SAST/DAST tools, endpoint security, and DLP solutions.Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, SSCP, AWS/Azure Security).📍 Location & Eligibility: Remote (Preference will be given to local candidates based in Chile 🇨🇱).📬 How to Apply: If you meet the requirements and are ready for your next challenge, please send your updated resume directly to: 📧 tahreem@ahutechnologies.comNote: This role requires absolute fluency in both English and Spanish.
