About the roleThe Travel Project Manager oversees and coordinates project activities across multiple data center sites throughout the United States. This role requires frequent travel, on-site project supervision, direct client communication, and ensuring all work meets operational, safety, and quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day project activities at various data center locationsServe as the primary on-site point of contact for clientsOversee contractors, technicians, and vendors to ensure work is completed correctly and on scheduleConduct site observations, risk assessments, and progress reviewsReport project status, issues, and updates to internal teams and clientsEnsure compliance with site policies, safety requirements, and project specificationsCoordinate logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation for each site visitIdentify potential delays or challenges and implement corrective actionsDocument site findings and maintain accurate project recordsQualificationsExperience in project management, construction management, or data center operationsStrong communication and client-facing skillsAbility to travel frequently across the United StatesKnowledge of data center infrastructure is preferredStrong problem-solving and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently while managing multiple sites and deadlines
