We are recruiting on behalf of a Y Combinator-backed AI technology company that is redefining automotive retail operations. Our client builds AI employees for car dealerships and auto repair shops, automating customer interactions across voice and messaging channels end-to-end.Already deployed across hundreds of dealership sites globally, the platform is rapidly scaling across major automotive groups and becoming the AI infrastructure layer for dealership operations.This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of customer success, product execution, and revenue expansion. You will own a portfolio of key Flemish-speaking dealership accounts, driving adoption, solving complex operational challenges, and identifying expansion opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Retention & SuccessOwn retention with a zero-churn mindset: serve as the trusted point of contact for assigned dealership accountsAnticipate customer issues, run tight follow-ups, and ensure customers genuinely value and love the solutionDrive successful pilot deployments and convert them into long-term contractsMonitor customer satisfaction and ensure measurable performance outcomesRevenue ExpansionIdentify upsell and cross-sell signals early within existing accountsLead expansion conversations and close rollouts of additional dealership sites and new use casesServe as a key growth lever for the company through aggressive yet value-driven expansionDeployment & ImplementationRun end-to-end rollouts: kick-off, configuration, training, go-liveMake launches fast, smooth, and repeatableCoordinate closely with internal Product and Engineering teams to support deploymentsClient-Focused Product CollaborationUnderstand the ins and outs of the product to effectively communicate value to clientsTranslate client feedback into clear requirements for the Product and Engineering teamsWork seamlessly with technical teams who will handle configurations, workflows, and promptsManage client expectations around product capabilities and customisation possibilitiesAct as the bridge between client needs and internal technical resourcesRequirementsRequired QualificationsFluent Flemish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills (primary requirement)Professional working proficiency in French to support bilingual dealership groupsProfessional working proficiency in English for internal team communication1–3+ years of professional experience in customer-facing roles such as: Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS, Operations consulting or change management, Project/program management with client-facing responsibilitiesStrong project management skills: Top-down thinking, crisp planning, tight timelines, cross-team coordinationKPI-oriented and data-driven: Comfortable tracking metrics, analysing performance, and making data-informed decisionsCalm, resourceful problem-solver: Ability to troubleshoot autonomously and escalate strategicallyComfortable understanding product details: Willingness to learn how the AI solution works to effectively communicate value and manage client expectationsAvailability to start immediately or within short notice periodWillingness to travel regularly to dealership client sites across BelgiumPreferred QualificationsConsulting background (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or operations/change management consulting firms)Experience in SaaS or AI/technology startup environmentsBackground in the automotive industry (dealerships, OEMs, aftermarket) is a plusTop business or engineering school degreeEntrepreneurial mindset: Aggressive (in a positive, results-driven sense), ownership-oriented, execution-focusedExperience managing senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational structuresBenefitsBase Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 gross annualPerformance-Based Bonus: Structure to be defined based on achievement of key metrics (retention, expansion, deployment success)Standard Belgian benefits packageOpportunity to join a fast-growing, Y Combinator-backed AI startupHigh ownership role with direct impact on company revenue and growth trajectoryExposure to cutting-edge AI technology transforming a traditional industryCareer growth potential into senior customer success or revenue leadership roles as the company scalesKeller is a recruitment agency that provides services to clients ranging from startups and non profits to multinational corporations.
