You will be responsible for leading and empowering high performing sales and marketing teams to scale our new business unit in Hong Kong. Your leadership will shape our success, foster strategic partnerships, and contribute to ShopBack’s vibrant culture.Your Adventure AheadDrive the overall growth, business strategy, business development and partnerships with key stakeholders and business partners.Full ownership of the sales, marketing and operations teams performance, execution and processes and qualities, to drive strong results.Work closely with regional stakeholders and local heads of the online business to drive omnichannel growthLead, empower, and mentor your team to bring about growth and development for the business unit.Be accountable for the business unit’s overall performance and P&L.Build and lead strategic plans and initiatives to ensure that ShopBack is well attuned to industry trends, opportunities, and competition landscape.Contribute to the overall success and culture of ShopBack.Essentials to SucceedSolid working experience in sales leadership, performance management, and exceeding team targets.Exceptional track record in online-to-offline sales; experience in the food/retail tech space is a plus.Proven direct experience in building, leading and inspiring lean and high-performing sales teams, with a fast-moving, continuous development mindsetHave experience developing and executing creative, innovative integrated marketing campaigns that drive positive results in the local market.Outstanding networking skills and the ability to make partnerships happen, strong network of merchant partners in the food and retail space is highly valued.Ownership mindset, possess grit, tenacity, and hunger to win.
