The company is based in Stockholm, offering the Neko Body Scan experience at locations in Stockholm and London, with plans to open in the US.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Procurement Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will lead IT hardware procurement and asset lifecycle management to support our continued growth. You will ensure timely delivery, zero-touch deployment readiness, and partner with Finance to implement and operationalise Microsoft Dynamics 365 for purchasing and fixed assets.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement for laptops, peripherals, and accessoriesImplement and operationalise Dynamics 365 (Finance or Business Central) for PR-to-PO approvals, goods receipt, 3-way match, and fixed asset processesDefine and maintain cost centre/GL coding rules, approval flows, vendor/item masters, and PO hygieneAlign Finance asset register with IT inventory (Autopilot/DEP intake + ITAM/ITSM data)Maintain stock levels across regions and prevent shortages during hiring peaksEnsure devices are Autopilot/DEP-ready before shipping for day-one readinessPlan shipping windows, cross-border requirements, RMAs, and asset returns for offboardingOversee vendor performance, SLAs, and quarterly reviewsNegotiate terms and manage escalations; ensure warranty/DOA obligations are metEnsure procurement processes support zero-touch deployment standardsMaintain accurate data flows between procurement, Intune/device management, and ITSM systemsProvide dashboards on cycle time, delivery performance, stock health, and asset reconciliationEnsure compliance with purchasing and security policies; maintain audit-ready SOPs/runbooksLead change management for Dynamics 365 rollout and any SKU or process standardisationRequirements5+ years in IT procurement or strategic procurement for IT hardwareHands-on experience implementing Dynamics 365 (Finance or Business Central) for P2P and fixed assetsExperience in startup/scale-up environments building procurement workflows and vendor SLAsKnowledge of IT hardware lifecycle, Intune/device management, and ITSM toolsStrong vendor management and negotiation skillsAdvanced Excel/Power BI skillsCIPS certification preferred; ITIL a plusFluent in English; Swedish is a bonusWhy Join Neko?Rapidly scaling Series B companyBacked by $250M in our latest funding roundJoin a mission-driven team improving preventative healthcareWork in a tech-first, product-driven environment
