We are looking for a Site Mechanical Turnaround Engineer to join our team in Tarragona, Spain. As a Site Mechanical Turnaround Engineer, you will report directly to the Site TA Manager and lead and manage T.E.S system milestones regarding TA Mechanical engineering, Documentation, Communication, HSEQ, Risk assessment, Infrastructure, Logistics, and Material requirements. You will also support the TA Manager in managing TA services contracting, material purchasing, and cost estimation. In addition, you will be responsible for defining and updating local TA Documentation, Communication, HSEQ, Risk assessment, Infrastructure, Logistics, and Material Handbooks/Guidelines, as well as leading and managing Engineering As Built documentation deliverables. If you have a degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering with a preference for Mechanical specialty, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or engineering work in a petrochemical or chemical process industry, we encourage you to apply. Your knowledge and skills in maintenance and engineering disciplines, contractor management, estimation of resources, durations, and costs, as well as your experience in plant turnarounds, will be valuable in this role. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage T.E.S system milestones regarding TA Mechanical engineering, Documentation, Communication, HSEQ, Risk assessment, Infrastructure, Logistics, and Material requirements
- Support TA Manager managing TA services contracting, material purchasing, and the following invoicing
- Support TA Manager in the preparation of the cost estimation
- Support TA Manager in the preparation of T.E.S external Reviews
- Responsible to define and keep update the local TA Documentation, Communication, HSEQ, Risk assessment, Infrastructure, Logistics, and Material Handbooks/Guidelines
- Lead and manage Engineering As Built documentation deliverables
- Prepare the Turnaround Monthly and Execution Daily reports
