The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software engineering and security roles, with a focus on cyber security in a SaaS environment and ongoing compliance initiatives. Responsibilities: - Lead Rula's Security and IT organizations to ensure a secure and compliant environment for patient and provider data. - Build out a security team and define the strategy for championing security posture. - Assess and improve security practices, secure engineer practices and tools, and asset management. - Partner closely with engineering to extend best practices in secure coding and compliance. - Lead response teams for security incidents, Business Continuity, or Disaster Recovery efforts.
