Requirements and responsibilities


Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Market Expansion: Proactively identify and penetrate new industries such as finance, insurance, healthcare, and software development, with a focus on global EOR services. * Lead Generation: Independently source and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, and digital tools. * Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth handoff to account management. * Client Education: Clearly articulate the value of global EOR solutions, addressing industry-specific needs and pain points. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to refine messaging and ensure alignment with company objectives. * Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets. * Relationship Building: Establish trust and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients. Requirements: Studies: A degree in International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years in business development or sales, with a proven ability to close deals and independently generate leads. Technical Skills: Familiarity with industries such as BPO, global hiring, recruitment agencies, and selling to US companies from Colombia. Other: Must hold a valid US visa and be open to regular travel for client meetings and industry events. Language: Advanced English skills (B2+ or higher) are required.
