Responsibilities

Requirements: ✅ You should be able to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English and Spanish ✅ Availability to attend sporadically meetings within 09:00 - 18:00 (GMT-3) ✅ 1 year of verifiable experience participating in Product Design teams in dynamic contexts under the Agile methodology ✅ Skill in the design and facilitation of work and testing workshops ✅ Knowledge of quantitative, qualitative and behavioral survey methodologies ✅ Design of macro and micro-interactions in low, medium, and high fidelity (wireframes) ✅ Training in Experience Design and related careers ✅ Figma and Maze tools Responsibilities: ⚡ Translate business objectives into intuitive interfaces, thinking of the best customer experience implemented in various digital channels of the ecosystem. ⚡ Apply a methodical look at Design processes based on hypothesis and evidence. ⚡ Creation of user flows to detect pain points and frictions in the experience. ⚡ Work together with software and business developers in the construction of financial products. ⚡ Prototype in low and high fidelity to quickly validate concepts with the team, stakeholders and end users. ⚡ Design user-friendly, attractive and accessible interfaces that facilitate the use of our products and the lives of our customers. ⚡ Produce accurate, high-quality deliverables during all project phases for developers. ⚡ Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders during implementation to ensure that the product meets the objectives of the experience.
