Kenko succeeds only when our clients do, and we're hiring a senior leader to unlock our next phase of scale.About the Role The VP of Operations will drive the success of Kenko's AI Marketing Manager product with full ownership of service delivery, client strategy, and fulfillment. This is not a sales or business development role; you will inherit an active client portfolio. Your mandate: build, optimize, and lead the marketing engine that drives measurable growth for hundreds of fitness studios.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Client Growth StrategyDevelop and execute strategies for acquisition, retention, and lifecycle management, building scalable growth systems for our clients.Own and Scale Service DeliveryOversee all digital marketing channels, starting with SEO, GBP, website optimization, lifecycle marketing, organic social, and reputation management. Expand services to paid media (Google, Meta, etc.) as needed.Technical Marketing LeadershipManage all technical setup and tracking (GA4, GTM, pixel/event tracking, conversion rate optimization, attribution, etc.) with hands-on expertise.Build and Lead TeamsRecruit, coach, and scale high-performing teams of growth strategists and channel specialists in a fast-paced, people-heavy environment.Drive Automation in FulfillmentContinuously improve and automate service delivery processes using technology and data—ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality.Performance ManagementOwn KPIs for portfolio performance and revenue growth, directly enabling Kenko's rapid business expansion.Client Success OwnershipBe the senior accountability point for client portfolio outcomes and satisfaction.
