WHAT IS TORRE?
At Torre, we're building AI recruiters who replicate human intuition. They automatically attract candidates, engage them, screen them, rank them, present them, and provide them with feedback. We analyze 100+ factors with nine types of AI to match candidates with companies, teams, and leaders. The result: we make recruiting faster, more accurate, less discriminatory, and significantly less expensive. Our end goal is to build THE matching network for work.
For companies, we offer three product lines: Torre OS, Torre Reach, and Torre RPO. You'd impact the first two directly.

WHY THE OPENING?
After five years of development and trials, we reached the beta stage and started scaling our client acquisition efforts and revenue. As we acquire more customers, we need to ensure that our product provides an outstanding experience to create long-lasting relationships with them. To achieve this, we are building a strong analytics team that provides the team with all the required data and insights to make data-driven decisions to shape the company's future.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIS:
- Attend requests from other team members to build metrics and queries to solve daily questions.
- Propose and build improvements in the data architecture.
- Follow the standards and conventions proposed and agreed on by the team.
- Do analyses and share the results with the team leaders and the rest of the company.
You'll share the KPIs of the product development team:
âś… Internal NPS.
âś… Requests attended.
âś… Bugs.
YOUR POTENTIAL CAREER PATH:
The experience you earn will enable you to grow into other roles, such as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or Analytics Lead at Torre or outside of Torre.

You'll report directly to me but will work with many team members from different teams across the company.
