Zipdev is looking for a highly skilled Mid/Senior Mobile developer w/Apache Cordova to join our remote team on a 3-4 month contract, this role has the potential to evolve into a full-time position as we expand our mobile app development efforts.
You will be responsible for reviewing and investigating the code of our native mobile app, currently built in Cordova, to identify and resolve issues, with a specific focus on a particular malfunctioning component. If you are a problem solver with expertise in Apache Cordova, Vue.js, and mobile app development, we want to hear from you.
🟣 Requirements:
- 4+ years of proven experience in mobile app development with a strong focus on Android and iOS platforms.
- Proficiency in Apache Cordova, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Solid knowledge of mobile development technologies, including Node.js and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly GitHub.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with code review and debugging in a Cordova environment is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Be located in Mexico.

- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all debugging and code review activities.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the seamless integration of your solutions.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, offering recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Assist in the potential transition to a full-time mobile app development role as we expand our mobile app capabilities.
