We're growing our sales team with a new Account Manager who will drive growth, build strong client relationships, and lead strategic account growth initiatives. This role involves deepening relationships with existing clients, building effective client engagement strategies and some new account prospecting. Key Responsibilities: * Outreach and Engagement: Conduct proactive sales outreach developing a robust pipeline of new accounts. Engage with leads and accounts to understand their needs and identify opportunities for our solutions. * Account Development & Relationship Management: Nurture and grow client relationships to support repeat and referral business. * Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of account activities, performance metrics, and pipeline reports. * Develop Client Knowledge: Maximize client success and product adoption by helping them understand the features and benefits of our training programs. * Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Partner with internal teams to align on client needs, co-develop campaigns, and refine product offerings based on feedback. * Self-Management and Proactivity: Take ownership of your responsibilities, manage your time effectively, and proactively seek solutions to challenges. * Communication: Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders. What We're Looking For: * A proactive and self-disciplined individual with a strong work ethic. * Excellent english written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational and time-management abilities. * The ability to work independently and problem-solve in a dynamic environment where processes are still evolving. * Comfort and proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus). * A willingness to learn and adapt quickly. * A positive attitude and resilience in the face of challenges.
