Luxury Presence is a VC-funded Stanford StartX-accelerated startup building a premium platform to provide real estate agents with stunning websites, world-class marketing tools and services, and access to an exclusive network. We are looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful Human resources assistant with excellent organizational skills and strong HR knowledge to work alongside our offshore ops team. It's an exciting opportunity if you're looking to grow your career and be part of building the HR processes for a remote-first company's offshore teams. ◽ Requirements: - 0-1 year of recruitment experience (preferred). - Human resources degree or equivalent experience. - Knowledge of HR processes and practices in a remote environment (highly valuable). - Gsuite command (Advanced Google Sheets knowledge). - Analytical mindset. - Excellent communication skills. - Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment. - Tech-savvy. - English: A minimum of B2/C1. - An eye for detail and design oriented. ◽ Cultural fit: - Draw people in with your excitement and can-do attitude. - Relentlessly clear obstacles for clients and team members. - Have an interest in the luxury real estate industry (a passion is a plus). - Are positive and have a sense of humor. - Are hyper-organized and project-oriented. ◽ Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Write job descriptions and job posts. - Manage the recruitment Dashboard (data + metrics). - Partner with our HR team in Manila to coordinate initiatives and data and guarantee collaboration between regions + an adequate flow of information. - Actively source candidates on multiple platforms and keep our talent pipeline organized and easy to navigate. - Send out emails to candidates (interviews, follow-ups, dismissals, etc.); Act as the primary POC for candidates. - Centralized all communications with Latam team members. - Keep personal logs updated - PTOs, Sick days, special leaves, transfers, performance, and assessments. - Maintain onboarding materials up to date. - Assist with on/offboarding accounts and log-in credentials. - Research vendors locally/region. - Partner with the teams in the Philippines, guaranteeing all the stakeholders are in the loop at all times. - Contribute to the company culture for the offshore teams.
