As a Senior Back End Software Engineer focused on Node.js, you will play a KEY ROLE in Bravo Care’s engineering team by improving our current products and building new features. This is an exciting role for an engineer to come in and lead major feature developments in a rapidly growing healthcare startup. What you'll be doing: Work on a node two–sided marketplace that is web and app based Create a text notification system, app notification system, timekeeping system, payroll system, applicant hiring system, algorithms that penalize and reward users, and more Building out new APIs and integrating third-party APIs into our system Work with designers, software architects, product managers, and advisors Communicate effectively with other node.js engineers Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision will be rewarded Basic Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience Minimum of 2 years of experience with front-end design and development using Javascript and React.js Minimum of 4 years of experience with back-end development using Node.js Minimum of 2 years of experience with SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL and/or MySQL Minimum of 1 years of experience with modern DevOps tools, such as Git, GitHub, and/or Bitbucket Minimum of 1 years of experience with AWS (Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, RDS) Minimum of 1 years of experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Mocha) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with creating production environments on the cloud Experience with deploying web applications to production environments Experience with Responsive Design frameworks, such as Material UI Knowledge of CSS/CSS3, HTML5 - Knowledge of what works in specific browser Knowledge of MobX and/or Redux, React Router Familiarity with PCI and HIPAA compliance Professional Skill
