Role Purpose
Operating remotely, the role is responsible for planning, launching, optimising, and scaling paid
campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube,
drive qualified leads, audience growth, engagement, and commercial performance across multiple
regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media & Campaign Management
1. Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns acr
TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
2. Manage budgets, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and campaign structures across
multiple markets and objectives.
3. Develop full-funnel campaign strategies supporting property la
awareness, and audience engagement.
4. Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimise towards ROAS, CPL, CTR,
engagement, and conversion objectives.
5. Execute A/B testing and multivariate campaign experiments across crea
segments.
Creative & Content Collaboration
1. Work closely with the Copy / Script Supervisor to optimise ad messaging and campaign copy for
different platforms and audience behaviours.
2. Collaborate with the Video Director and Conte

Person Specification
Essential Qualifications & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing
preferred.
2. 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing and paid media experience.
3. Strong experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads,
Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or programmatic platforms.
4. Strong understanding of digital funnels, audience targeting, and conversion optimisation.
5. Experience using analytics and reporting platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Business
Suite, and Looker Studio.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or programmatic platforms.

Experience using analytics and reporting platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Business
