First Point Group is currently looking for an experienced RF Optimization Engineer with strong knowledge of ZTE technologies for an international telecom project in Brazil.Key Requirements:Strong experience in RF Optimization for LTE/4G and 5G networksHands-on experience with ZTE RAN technologiesKnowledge of KPI analysis, troubleshooting, and network performance optimizationExperience with RF tools such as Actix, TEMS, Nemo, GENEX, or OSS platformsExperience in Pre-Launch and/or Post-Launch optimization activitiesAbility to work in multicultural and international environmentsNice to Have:Experience supporting LATAM mobile operatorsKnowledge of scripting or automation tools
