As Head of PPC, you will lead TCMS's paid advertising efforts, creating and executing multi-platform search strategies for tree service companies nationwide. You will manage campaigns, optimize performance, lead a team, and advise key clients. Your role will involve strategy development, day-to-day campaign management, performance tracking, and ensuring exceptional results through data-driven decisions. Responsibilities: Strategy Development: - Create tailored paid search strategies to increase visibility and generate high-quality leads across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others. - Work with digital marketing teams to develop cohesive, omnichannel marketing strategies. Campaign Management: - Oversee daily search marketing activities, including campaign planning, keyword research, A/B testing, and optimization. - Ensure timely delivery through best practices and QA processes. - Explore new paid search opportunities to drive growth. - Stay updated on trends in the tree care industry to adjust campaigns accordingly. Performance Tracking & Optimization: - Build campaign attribution models and reporting systems to measure effectiveness. - Track KPIs like lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI, using data to drive improvements. - Monitor market conditions and competitive trends to maintain a competitive edge. - Manage budgets and pacing to maximize ROI and lead generation. Team Leadership: - Lead and mentor the paid search team, ensuring performance targets are met. - Manage resource needs and team structure. - Oversee the Lead Tracking team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Client & Internal Communication: - Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, participating in client communications and meetings. - Work with Client Success Managers to optimize the client experience throughout the lifecycle. Working Hours: - You will need to work a set schedule that includes at least 4 hours during our business hours (9 AM – 5 PM Arizona time). Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in paid search for lead generation (not e-commerce), with expertise in strategic planning, campaign management, and optimizing acquisition costs and ROAS. - Extensive experience (3+ years) managing Google Ads accounts with monthly budgets under $5K, specifically for local service companies. - Proven ability to manage 20+ accounts simultaneously of this size and type on a monthly basis. - Advertising agency experience is preferred, along with a strong track record in lead generation, particularly in home services or similar industries. - Deep knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Google Local Services Ads, and CTV. - Experience in leading and developing teams, with a strong portfolio of campaign performance and ROI optimization. - Expertise in conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and analytics tools, as well as campaign automation and bid management. - The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple accounts and adapt strategies based on emerging trends. Technical Skills: - Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and lead tracking tools. - Familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and landing page optimization. - Google certification in at least two of the following: Google Ads Search, Google Ads Display, Google Ads Video. Communication & Leadership Skills: - Excellent written and spoken English with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and US clients. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams, prioritize tasks, and explain complex strategies clearly. - Adaptable and eager to stay current with industry changes. Brownie points for: - Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads, or Meta Ads certifications. - Experience with Adalysis, WhatConverts, WeatherAds, or AgencyAnalytics. - Knowledge of bid management platforms. - Excellent proofreading and copywriting skills.
