Requirements and responsibilities

We are hiring Senior AI Engineers for Agentic AI and Full Stack roles. We are looking for experienced engineers who can combine AI expertise, strong engineering skills, business understanding, and customer-focused thinking to build impactful AI products. What We Are Looking For: - Exposure to European real-estate markets, PropTech, customers, and enterprise business environments. - Experience in lead generation, prospecting, sales intelligence, and customer acquisition. - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Understanding of cost optimization, financial planning, and ROI-driven solution design. - Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure AI application development. - Hands-on experience building production-grade GenAI applications. - Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Agentic AI, MCP, and workflow automation, plus best agentic coding practices (Claude Code, Codex). - Full-stack development experience across modern frontend and backend technologies. - Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and software architecture. - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
