What This Role Really IsThis is not a “keep things running” operations role.We’re looking for someone who can build, fix, and scale the operational backbone of Afina. Someone who sees inefficiencies and attacks them. Someone who negotiates harder, moves faster, and takes full ownership of outcomes.Afina is growing fast across our own website and Amazon.
