REQUIREMENTS
English Communication
• Good English — fluent spoken and written communication required.
• Must communicate clearly and confidently with a US-based team on a daily basis.
Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on professional software development experience.
• All education paths welcome — university degrees, bootcamps, and self-taught backgrounds are all
valued equally.
• A strong GitHub profile, portfolio, or project samples are highly valued.
Location
• Must be based in Latin America, Eastern Europe, or the Middle East/Mediterranean region (see target
regions above).
Work Style
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, suitable home workspace.
• Results-driven — we measure output and quality, not hours logged.
• Comfortable collaborating daily with a US-based engineering team across time zones.
TECHNICAL SKILLS (ANY STACK WELCOME)
• Frontend: React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Backend: Node.js, Django, Laravel, Spring Boot, ASP.NET, Express.js
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD
• Data & AI: Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, Snowflake, TensorFlow, PyTorch
• Version control with Git is required across all roles.
