Successful Rilleteers love powering the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies.Who We Need4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation (e.g., Big 4 or implementation firms)Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments is strongly preferredHands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, etc.), including requirements, configuration, data migration, and go-liveStrong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, ASC 606) and how they translate into systemsCustomer-facing with strong communication and stakeholder management skillsSystems-minded with solid project management skills; able to run multiple workstreamsComfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and highly detail-orientedExperience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teamsWhat You'll DoLead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment, helping ensure a smooth and timely implementation experiencePartner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and solve customer problems quicklyLearn and analyze client accounting and finance workflows, then translate those needs into clear requirements and practical solutionsGuide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoptionSupport data migration, reconciliations, systems setup, and integration coordinationTrack milestones, drive follow-through, and keep internal and external stakeholders aligned throughout the onboarding processIdentify risks early, escalate issues quickly, and help keep customer launches on trackBuild trust with customers by being responsive, thoughtful, and solutions-orientedMaintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholdersLife at Rillet:Competitive Pay & Benefits: Backed by world-class investors, we offer strong salaries plus equity so you share in our success.
