The opportunity here is real: to build, shape, and scale alongside a company defining the future of performance advertising.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Product Manager to lead the in-product customer experience across JamLoop's customer platform.This role is responsible for driving feature adoption, customer engagement, onboarding, and retention through thoughtful in-product experiences. You will own the strategy and execution of how customers discover, learn, and engage with product capabilities through onboarding flows, guided tours, checklists, announcements, release communications, contextual education, and other in-platform experiences.In the near term, success comes from establishing a scalable approach to in-product engagement, improving customer adoption of key features, and creating a more intentional customer journey across the platform. You will work closely with Product Marketing, Design, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure product launches, feature education, and customer communications are effectively delivered within the product experience itself.This is a hybrid strategic and hands-on role for someone who is passionate about user experience, customer behavior, and product adoption.
