Responsibilities

We're hiring an Account Manager who is proactive and detail-oriented (with experience, training, and knowledge in sales) to manage a portfolio of 75 to 100 paying clients with Most Loved Workplace® certification. You'll work directly with our COO and Account Executive to ensure these clients receive exceptional support, renew their plans, and expand their investment with us. Your mission: You will be responsible for the management, growth, and retention of a high-value portfolio of certified companies. This includes: * Renewals: Proactively manage and secure the annual renewal of plans. * Upselling and expansion: Promote additional licenses, plan upgrades (e.g., Silver to Gold), and adoption of premium services. * Plan utilization: Ensure clients fully use their benefits, including platform features, assets, marketing tools, and deliverables. * Budget conversations: Lead strategic discussions about ROI, spending, and ongoing value. * Employer branding: Help clients activate their certification in hiring processes, media, and internal culture. * Responsiveness: Act proactively, without delays or unnecessary follow-ups, with clear timelines and follow-through. * Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Lead structured reviews to reinforce impact, align goals, identify expansion opportunities, and deepen executive engagement. * Onboarding and success alignment: Own the onboarding experience and ensure new accounts are set up for success with clear timelines, aligned goals, and early value delivery. What you bring: * Formal training and hands-on experience in sales and account management. * Operational knowledge of employer branding and organizational culture—you’ve helped companies position themselves as desirable places to work. * Proven track record of managing over 75 client relationships with strong retention and upselling results. * Polished presence, emotional intelligence, strong self-regulation, genuine passion for people, and deep understanding of organizational leadership and HR. * Exceptional communication skills; confident engaging with CHROs, CMOs, and senior decision-makers. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure without dropping any details. This is not a junior role. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build value, strengthen trust, and turn client success into long-term revenue growth.
