Requirements and responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO: • Perform collections for customers while keeping accounts within their terms. • Follow up on past due payments. • Review aging report and distribute statements as needed. • Post and apply all payments related to customers. • Resolve customer billing discrepancies. • Validate/resolve short payments as received. • Run credit checks on new potential customers. • Logging and scanning advertisement. • File Claims for Ralphs Short Pay. • Other duties may be assigned to fulfill WPD’s objectives. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: • A high school diploma or equivalent, college degree is preferred. • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. • Excellent customer service skills to address payment-related inquiries effectively. • Strong written and verbal and communication skills in English. • Experience with ERP. • Ability to perform basic math.
