* Participate in project discoveries as part of a Triad team (product/design/technology), planning and performing research activities for problem definition. * Plan and lead ideation sessions to define creative solutions. * Create models to visualize research learnings (user journey maps, storyboards, personas). * Collaborate with the project team on defining a realistic execution plan based on the project constraints, including user testing and prototyping to validate assumptions as soon as possible. * Define the design direction and supervise the work of product designers participating on the project. * Collaborate with the Design Director on defining best design practices. * Mentor junior designers to grow as professionals.
