🚀 What we offer: ▪️ This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a top-level and skilled team where you can grow your skills and make a positive difference in this world! 🟢 Role mission: ▪️ The main objective will be to lead and oversee the development of the company's product strategy, driving the success of the products and maximizing the value they offer to the market and customers. 🟢 Requirements: ▪️ Minimum of five years of experience in product management or related experience. ▪️ Demonstrable previous experience working on technology products, developing software as a service (SaaS) products, or education platforms. ▪️ Handling tools such as Excel, Trello, Jira, etc. ▪️ Knowledge of user research tools and surveys such as Google Analytics, and Data Studio, among others. ▪️ Knowledge of Figma. ▪️ Minimum of one year experience interacting with customers and teams 100% in English (English level B2+). 🟢 Nice to have: ▪️ Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field is preferred. 🟢 Soft skills: ▪️ Problem-solving ▪️ Team leadership ▪️ Attention to detail ▪️ Effective communication 🟢 Responsibilities: 1. Align the company's product strategy with the business strategy and the open-source community. 2. Foster consensus on the product vision internally and with key external partners. 3. Manage a team of product owners and collaborate with data analysts and designers to create or enhance existing products. 4. Balance the needs and expectations of different roles, such as learners, authors, administrators, developers, support specialists, and partners. 5. Identify and address product gaps and generate new ideas to increase market share, improve the user experience for different user roles, and drive company growth. 6. Design metrics that enable measurement of product impact, growth, quality, and usage to inform decision-making. 7. Collaborate with development teams to manage the product budget, release plan, and delivery timelines. 8. Gain deep customer experience knowledge and leverage feedback and insights from the community to enhance product quality and usability. 9. Be accountable for the success of eduNEXT's internal and external products. 10. Engage with the open-source community and foster collaboration and contribution between eduNEXT and the community.
