Responsibilities & more

• Instigate and own implementation of Pardot/HubSpot • Own marketing use of SFDC in conjunction with Sales Operations and ensuring optimal integration between MAP and CRM systems • Maximize both platforms as a tool for the business, seeking out leading marketing automation best practice and driving adoption ensuring relevant users are maximizing their utilization and return. • Determine reporting requirements and implement as appropriate, helping us decide on what activities are actually creating or contributing most to opportunities, ie support the business to better understand the different values of activity type webinars v emails etc • Manage all aspects of data governance including capture, data quality policy and maintenance • Segmentation of contact data to enable improved targeting of activity based on personas, current services and geo. • Would own any new mar-tech - eg • Project management tool, probably Monday.com • Allocadia • Troubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues, and other critical marketing ops functions in collaboration and as needed • Partner and collaborate closely with wider teams on attribution models, with an emphasis on understanding our most effective channels, campaigns, and content
