Requirements and responsibilities
✨ Facilitate client workshops to drive out business requirements and achieve business solution decisions.
✨ Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
✨ Engage in clarifying, documenting requirements, but also in the business process modelling as part of the requirements/stakeholder management.
✨ Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for clients.
✨ Lead and participate in the execution of business requirements definition from concept to final hand-off to engineering including supporting the visual design activities.
✨ Support the conceptualisation of original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
✨ Support the creation of design artefacts - wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and UI.
✨ Define and capture solution requirements using agile methodologies - Kanban – Epics, User Stories, Tasks and Business Behavioural Diagrams.
✨ Manage the product backlog and work closely with the Product Owner / Product Manager on the customer side for roadmap and prioritization.
✨ Plan and refine the product backlog with a focus on delivering valuable increments, taking into account all three perspectives – user, business and technical.
✨ Identify and troubleshoot business solution problems.
✨ Active member of a team supporting and mentoring other team members in delivering to the client.
