Requirements and responsibilities


We are building a high-performance outbound sales team for a US-based early-stage startup. We are looking for hungry, driven cold callers who want real earning potential and fast career growth. COMPENSATION - Base Pay: $600 up to $1,200 USD/month (depending on performance). - Commission per qualified meeting booked and attended. - Weekly and monthly performance bonuses. - Long-term role for top performers. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Cold call US-based B2B decision-makers (property management). - Book qualified sales meetings. - Handle objections confidently. - Improve scripts, talk tracks, and rebuttals. - Log calls and notes in the CRM. GROWTH OPPORTUNITY Top performers will be fast-tracked into: - Sales Coach / Quality Analyst. - Account Executive (AE). This is an early-stage startup—if you perform, you grow fast. REQUIREMENTS - Confident English communication. - Comfortable calling Americans daily. - Strong work ethic and accountability. - Stable internet + quiet home setup. - Professional headset. Experience is a bonus, not required. WORK SCHEDULE - Full-time: 40 hours/week. - US business hours.
