ABOUT HIGH TICKET TEAMS High Ticket Teams helps businesses that live and die by commission-based sales teams scale faster by installing a complete recruiting operating system. We specialize in high-volume, commission-only sales recruiting for industries like insurance, home services, B2B, and high-ticket consulting. Our clients do not need resumes. They need closers, setters, and producers, fast. That is what we build. We operate at speed, volume, and scale, and we are actively building AI-powered systems to remove friction from every workflow inside the business. THE ROLE We are hiring a full-time AI Virtual Assistant whose core responsibility is to design, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows across our business. This is not a task-based VA role. You will be responsible for analyzing how our business currently operates, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and building AI-assisted systems that streamline operations at scale. You will work directly with leadership and have ownership over systems that impact recruiting, onboarding, lead sourcing, project management, and internal operations. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON - Automating internal workflows using AI tools and automation platforms. - Building AI-assisted SOPs for repeatable operational tasks. - Streamlining client onboarding workflows. - Creating AI workflows for lead sourcing, data enrichment, and task routing. - Integrating AI with CRM and project management tools. - Auditing existing processes and improving them continuously. - Documenting systems so work scales beyond individual people. WHAT WE CARE ABOUT We are not looking for degrees or certifications. We care about how you think and what you have built. You are a strong fit if you think in systems instead of tasks, can break messy processes into clean workflows, and are comfortable testing, iterating, and improving quickly. You should be able to work independently, think critically about existing processes, document workflows clearly, and use AI to eliminate manual work. TOOLS AND EXPERIENCE You do not need to know everything listed below, but you should be comfortable learning and connecting tools. Experience with some of the following is ideal: - AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or custom AI workflows. - Automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms. - CRMs or project management systems such as GoHighLevel, ClickUp, Notion, or Asana. - Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, and Drive. - SOP creation and process documentation. - Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, or automation logic. - No-code or low-code tools. If you have built internal automations or AI workflows before, that matters more than job titles. HOW WE WORK - Lean startup mindset. - Fast iteration over perfection. - Clear outcomes instead of busy work. - Document once, automate forever. - Systems scale, people burn out. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within the first 60 to 90 days, you will have identified key operational bottlenecks, built and documented multiple AI-assisted workflows, reduced manual tasks across recruiting and onboarding, and created systems that allow work to be delegated or automated with minimal oversight.
