Responsibilities

Experience: - 1+ year of experience as a Sourcer / Researcher in recruitment. - Proven experience in iGaming niche (media buyers, affiliates, PPC, etc.). - Strong skills in Boolean search, X-Ray, reverse search. - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Telegram, Reddit, GitHub, and other sourcing channels. - Ability to work with cold sourcing (no inbound flow). - Strong outreach skills: writing clear and engaging messages to candidates. - Understanding of competitive talent markets and ability to think creatively. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - English level: Intermediate+. - Russian level: Intermediate+. Responsibilities: - Active sourcing of candidates (middle to C-level) within iGaming and related niches. - Building and maintaining a consistent talent pipeline. - Using multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, niche platforms, etc.). - Conducting initial outreach and engaging candidates. - Screening profiles and passing qualified candidates to recruiters. - Maintaining candidate database and working with ATS. - Conducting talent mapping and market/competitor research. - Identifying and testing new sourcing channels and strategies. - Working with KPIs (speed, volume, and quality of candidates).
