Nova operates two main business lines. * B2C: Through paid memberships, providing top professionals access to a high-caliber network. * B2B: Through AI recruiting software and headhunting services that help companies find and hire Nova-level talent. The goals for 2025 include doubling the B2B business, expanding internationally, and positioning the recruitment platform as an industry benchmark. The company is now looking to strengthen its Enterprise sales presence in Spain. The role. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a defined portfolio of large Spanish enterprises and be responsible for driving new ARR and expansion revenue for Nova Recruiter. This is a full-cycle role, from first conversation to close, working closely with Marketing and Customer Success. You will sell a strategic, high-impact SaaS solution to senior stakeholders in Talent and HR roles. Your mission. * Grow Nova’s Enterprise footprint in Spain by winning new logos and expanding existing accounts. * Become a trusted advisor to senior Talent and HR leaders. * Consistently deliver against revenue targets in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment. What you’ll own. Revenue and accounts. * Ownership of 50–100 Enterprise accounts in Spain, including new logos and existing customers. * Responsibility for new business and expansion, with a strong focus on net ARR growth. * Typical deal size of €50k–€100k ARR, with potential upside for multi-team or multi-country rollouts. * Typical sales cycle of 3–6 months, depending on deal scope and procurement complexity. Sales execution. * Run structured, value-based sales processes from discovery to close. * Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving Talent, HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement. * Build strong business cases focused on productivity, hiring efficiency, and tooling savings. * Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using CRM tools such as HubSpot. Collaboration. * Work closely with business development teams on outbound strategy, account penetration, and pipeline creation. * Partner with Customer Success to drive successful handovers, renewals, and expansions. * Collaborate with Marketing on enterprise campaigns, events, and ABM initiatives. * Provide feedback to Product based on enterprise customer needs and market insights. Who we’re looking for. Experience. * 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling to Enterprise customers. * Background in HR Tech, Talent, Productivity SaaS, or a closely related space. * Proven experience selling into large Spanish enterprises. Skills. * Strength in complex, multi-stakeholder sales. * Strong discovery, qualification, and value-based selling skills. * Ability to build ROI-driven business cases for senior leaders. * High discipline in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene. Languages. * Native Spanish. * Professional English, written and spoken.
