We are looking to add an Order Confirmation Agent to our team, with proven experience verifying information and managing processes in digital or e-commerce companies. LANGUAGE: ROMANIAN. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Order confirmation via phone calls and WhatsApp. * Verification of customer information (address, contact details, delivery availability). * Confirmation of order conditions prior to shipment. Incident management: * Coordination of delivery rescheduling in case the first delivery attempt fails. * Scheduling and follow-up of order pickups with logistics agencies. REQUIREMENTS: * Previous experience in customer service, ideally in order confirmation, call centers, or incident management. * Romanian language: fluent / native level (written and spoken). Mandatory. * Spanish or English: intermediate level, for communication with the internal team. A plus. * Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills. * Active, proactive, energetic person, results-oriented and eager to grow. * Stable internet connection and adequate equipment for remote work. CONDITIONS: * Trial period: 4–5 days, 4 hours per day. Paid trial. * Initial schedule: 4 hours per day. Part-time during the trial period. * Scalability: possibility to move to full-time (8 hours) depending on performance and operational volume. * Modality: On-demand service. Non-continuous. * Salary: On demand, hourly pay. * Bonuses: Variable, based on overall structure and market results.
