Sanhua International is looking for a Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join our team. The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for coordinating the receiving and storage of goods to ensure accurate inventory management and efficient warehouse operations. This role supports daily logistics activities, maintains a clean and safe warehouse environment, and handles inbound processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in logistics software, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities:Inventory & Goods ManagementReceiving Operations:Unload delivery trucks, inspect incoming shipments, receive the shipments, and verify quantities against purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.Identify and report damaged or defective items, ensuring non-compliant goods are not accepted or processed.Label, categorize, and store goods in designated locations, updating inventory systems (e.g., WMS,INFOR).Coordinate with other departments to make sure the receiving process running efficiently and smoothlyOperational SupportWarehouse MaintenanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, optimizing storage space utilization.Manage inventory of packaging materials (fillers, protective padding) and ensure equipment (e.g., forklifts) is operational.Problem ResolutionInvestigate and resolve discrepancies in inbound processes (e.g., quantity mismatches, delays).Collaborate with finance teams to address freight invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.Documentation & SystemsUpdate logistics systems (e.g., CMOPS) with real-time data on orders, shipping dates, and invoices.Perform clerical tasks, including record-keeping, filing, and data entryRequirements:Required Degree: High SchoolPreferred Degree: Associates in Logistics or Management or related field.1+ years of experience in inventory management or related field.Proficient in inventory management software, such as INFOR,WMS or similar programsStrong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAssist in resolving any discrepancies; Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: HACCP compliant training and strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
