You’ll drive end-to-end design for a data-rich product involving trade data, reconciliation, and AI insights, applying design thinking and strong UI/UX skills. This role spans multiple product pods at different development stages, requiring adaptability, strategic thinking, and close client collaboration.Job DescriptionLead end-to-end product design across multiple product pods, balancing discovery, delivery, and iteration.Translate complex trade and reconciliation data into intuitive visual workflows and interfaces.Apply design thinking to understand user pain points and drive adoption and engagement.Define and implement UI patterns for internal applications that balance clarity and efficiency.Explore and design AI-assisted experiences, leveraging LLMs for data matching and user insights.Manage design work in Figma, maintaining design systems and ensuring consistency.Conduct UX QA to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience.Lead client meetings, clearly articulating design decisions, and gathering feedback to guide direction.Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, translating design strategy into business value.
