With decades of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding, sustainable software products and systems.What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Reality)Most of your time (about 75%) is spent writing and refining proposal content, including:Writing sections of federal RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs (technical and management volumes)Interviewing subject matter experts and translating their input into evaluator-friendly narrativesDeveloping executive summaries, win themes, and solution explanationsTurning IT concepts - software development, systems integration, cloud, data, cybersecurity, AI/ML - into clear business value and mission outcomesEditing and improving drafts for clarity, compliance, and plain languageFormatting and polishing content in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint so it’s clean, readable, and professionalYou’ll also spend a smaller portion of your time:Supporting proposal schedules, reviews (Pink / Red / Gold), and section complianceHelping ensure proposals tell a consistent, logical "solution story"Occasionally developing growth materials like capabilities decks, case studies, or white papersThis is not a pure marketing role - and not a full Proposal Manager role.
