GoLean Health is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support client acquisition efforts for our healthcare staffing agency serving U.S. clinics, physicians, and healthcare organizations.
This is a growth-focused marketing role for someone who can help coordinate campaigns, improve current marketing efforts, support lead generation, and create messaging that speaks clearly to a U.S. healthcare audience.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across content, email, LinkedIn, website messaging, reporting, and lead generation support.
Position Objectives
Coordinate and help execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
Review current marketing efforts and recommend practical improvements
Support healthcare-focused content for LinkedIn, email, website, and sales materials
Assist with lead generation, campaign tracking, CRM updates, and reporting
Explore cost-efficient growth opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
Help strengthen messaging for U.S. clinic owners, physicians, and practice leaders
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, or a related role
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Experience supporting B2B marketing efforts
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable reviewing current work and suggesting actionable improvements
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, healthcare staffing, health tech, medical services, or physician-facing B2B marketing
Familiarity with U.S. clinic workflows and operational pain points
Experience with LinkedIn, email campaigns, CRM tracking, and reporting
