Requirements and responsibilities

Company Overview: - We helped scale a brand from 1 store to 350+ with 500 more in the pipeline. - Now we are looking for the person who can help us sustain that level of execution as we scale even further. - If you live and breathe operations, systems, and execution, keep reading. Who We Are: - FranchiseScaling is a printing, packaging, and supply chain partner for global restaurant franchises and retail brands. - We are not a traditional print shop. - We are a growth partner. - We anticipate problems before they happen, bring ideas our clients did not know they needed, and build the operational backbone that allows brands to focus on scaling. The Role: Operations & Supply Chain Manager: - We run on EOS. - If you know the framework, you already understand this role. - You are the Integrator. - You take vision and turn it into execution, accountability, and systems that actually work. - If not, think of this as the person who ensures everything runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks. What You Will Own: - Manage day to day operations across account management, logistics, sourcing, and planning. - You are the go to person when decisions need to be made. - Build and implement systems that scale. - Not quick fixes, but real process improvements using Six Sigma and Lean thinking. - Oversee our remote team with clear communication, coordination, and accountability. - No micromanagement, just results. - Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and take action before issues escalate. - Allocate resources effectively so the right people are working on the right priorities. - Maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient supply chain. - Mentor and develop project managers while holding a high standard of performance. Requirements: - Working in an onsite setting. - 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain. What to Expect: - We operate in an employee centered model. - You will have real ownership and autonomy to create change, improve processes, and make decisions without layers of approval. - Our leadership style is direct, transparent, and built on trust. - We value honest feedback, even when it is uncomfortable, because it drives growth. - You will not be micromanaged, but you will be held accountable. - We are building this company together. - We invest in our people through systems based thinking, internal growth opportunities, and continuous development. Who You Are: - You think in systems, not tasks. - You take ownership without waiting to be told. - You are detail oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball. - You are comfortable making decisions and solving problems in real time. - Experience in operations, supply chain, eCommerce, or similar industries is highly valued.
