Design & build scalable, high-performance systems. Own features end-to-end (architecture → production). Solve for latency, scale, and reliability. Work closely with Product, Design & AI teams. Mentor engineers and influence technical direction.Requirements: 6+ years of backend engineering experience; strong in distributed systems & event-driven architecture; experience with high-scale production systems; solid understanding of microservices & API design; hands-on with databases (SQL + NoSQL); familiarity with modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
