We combine proprietary software and best-in-class campaign execution to help our customers win their toughest elections and policy fights.We help customers plan – Our proprietary software helps customers build custom audiences and plans cross-screen media buys.We place digital & CTV ads – Our team manages the full buying process—from the initial pitch to the final report—turning projects around quickly and using analytics to maximize performance.We measure results – Our reporting delivers clear reach and frequency insights across TV and digital/CTV, giving customers a holistic view of their video advertising.About the RoleWe're seeking a junior-to-mid level AI Engineer with hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments. You must be comfortable moving fast in a loosely structured environment, and you should have an opinion on which LLMs are good at different tasks -- if you're missing a few of the specifics below, apply anyway!Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and deploy production-ready AI agents for data processing, data analysis, and workflow automationImplement monitoring, error handling, and reliability patterns for AI agent systemsBuild & troubleshoot infrastructure as needed to support agent deploymentsUse evals to measure & improve agent performanceWork with product management & internal teams to define agent behaviorParticipate in on-call rotation for AI system reliability and incident responseHelp define how we build agentic systems as we transition to building customer-facing featuresPreferred Qualifications1-3 years of software engineering experience with at least 1+ years working with AI/ML systemsProduction AI agent experience - you've built, deployed, and maintained AI agents or autonomous systems in productionPython proficiency with hands-on experience in AI frameworks, including agents & RAG librariesAPI and integration experience - comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrationsDatabase experience with SQL and familiarity with data warehouses (Snowflake experience is a plus)Infrastructure experience - Docker, AWS/cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, K8s, monitoring toolsAI development tools - you believe in staying on the edge of AI development tools and know how to optimize them for your workflowWhy Join Cross Screen MediaRecognition and reward for outstanding performance, with high bonus potentialCareer advancement opportunitiesGreat medical, dental & vision Insurance packagesCompetitive 401K with company match to plan for the long termUnlimited paid-time-offTransportation benefits & cell phone reimbursement*Unfortunately we are not able to sponsor visas for this position.
