About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who’s passionate about building high-quality digital products that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll be expected to take full ownership of your work, collaborate proactively with teammates and clients, and deliver smart, reliable solutions — not just code. This is a full-time, remote position with a tight-knit team working synchronously during Eastern Time (EST) hours. You'll be part of a supportive environment where your voice is heard, and your contributions genuinely matter. What We’re Looking For: - At least five (5) years of hands-on experience working as a fullstack developer. - Proven expertise with React and Node.js, using them in real-world projects. - A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. (If you’re self-taught but have strong experience, we’d still love to hear from you!) - Solid understanding of Git, branching strategies, and version control workflows. - Fluency in English (B2 level) — you don’t need to be native, but language shouldn’t get in the way of great communication. - A genuine sense of responsibility and the ability to deliver autonomously, without the need for micro-management. - Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of assigned responsibilities. - Someone able to track daily progress in written logs, having a high-performance Mac computer, reliable internet, and stable power source. Tech Stack & Skills: Frontend (React): - Strong knowledge of the React lifecycle, functional components, and hooks. - Global state management with Context, Redux, or similar. - Familiarity with CSS-in-JS tools like Styled Components or CSS Modules. - Ability to build and validate forms, consume REST APIs, and optimize for performance. - Experience with Next.js or Remix is highly preferred. Backend (Node.js): - Deep understanding of sync and async programming patterns. - Comfortable building RESTful APIs using Nest.js, Express, or similar frameworks. - Knowledge of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.). - Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases. Other: - Ability to write clean, semantic HTML and responsive layouts with advanced CSS. - Solid TypeScript skills across the stack. Bonus: - Experience with React Native is a big plus, though not required.
