Requirements and responsibilities

🚀 Description: Zipdev is seeking a qualified senior instructional designer. In this role, you will join the learning and development team, reporting to the director of learning strategy. The learning and Development team combines aspects of design, project management, and development, specializing in instructor-led and digital learning approaches. 🚀 Requirements: 🔸 A bachelor’s degree in education or learning and development. 🔸 Strong experience in instructional design experience with adult learners. 🔸 Experience in the association industry preferred. 🔸 Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 🔸 Proficiency in e-learning development software, such as articulate 360. 🔸 Proficiency in communication software, such as Outlook and Slack. 🔸 Proficiency in project management software, such as Asana or Trello. 🔸 Be located in LATAM. 🚀 Responsibilities: 🔸 Implements learning strategies. 🔸 Creates learning content. 🔸 Creates accessible content. 🔸 Drives growth. 🔸 Ensures quality. 🔸 Enforces process adherence 🔸 Drives innovation. 🔸 Apply adult learning principles.
