As part of a multifunctional team, you will be responsible for coordinating operational tasks, managing interfaces with customers and internal departments, and ensuring repair turnaround times meet contractual requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in business engineering/logistics/supply chain or relevant technical experience, along with strong English and German language skills. Experience in SAP, project management, production, and customer service is required. Responsibilities: - Coordinate operational tasks and manage interfaces with customers, warehouse, central recording point, and shipping - Actively manage the operational business (internally and externally) and ensure repair turnaround times meet contractual requirements - Provide technical and operational team leadership, including qualification and development of the team - Procure goods and services (quotes, orders, delivery) - Actively manage weekly goals and define suitable measures for continuous improvement - Define operationally relevant key performance indicators - Coordinate repair shop documentation such as CMM, ATP, and VSB in the revision process - Support and assist with audits (internal and external) - Execute special projects or support in areas such as IT processes, EHS, as a deputy of the Head of Repair Station
