🔵 Requirements:
◽ Proven experience in developing applications in Genesys Composer and managing the Genesys platform.
◽ Solid experience in large-scale IVR application development.
◽ Advanced knowledge in NLP, NLU, Conversational AI, and Machine Learning.
◽ Hands-on development experience using Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, and REST-based micro-services.
◽ Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
◽ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills in complex and distributed environments.
◽ Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly and concisely.
🔵 Responsibilities:
◽ Create IVR solutions and workflows using Genesys Composer to meet customer requirements and enhance user experience.
◽ Design application architecture taking into account development best practices and industry standards.
◽ Write code using the Genesys Composer scripting language to implement business logic and application-specific functionality.
◽ Integrate Genesys Composer with other systems and services as needed.
◽ Optimize the performance of Genesys Composer applications to ensure fast and efficient response to user interactions.
◽ Identify and address potential bottlenecks in application performance.
◽ Collaborate with development teams working on complementary technologies such as databases, web services, and third-party systems.
◽ Integrate natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU) solutions as needed.
◽ Perform extensive testing of Genesys Composer applications to ensure quality and reliability.
◽ Identify and correct bugs and performance issues during development and testing.
◽ Create detailed documentation of Genesys Composer solutions, including application design, architecture, and maintenance procedures.
◽ Provide clear documentation to facilitate ongoing application support and management.
◽ Collaborate with other members of the development team, as well as technical support and operations teams.
◽ Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Genesys Composer applications in production.
◽ Perform regular updates and maintenance of Genesys Composer applications to ensure security and compatibility with the latest versions of the platform.
