Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, the Operations Director is responsible for day-to-day operational oversight of all operations across all cities Two Travel focuses on. The Operations Director works closely with all members of the Two Travel team to ensure coordination and efficiency of all client services and internal operations.
What you’ll do
💼 Oversee all daily operations to ensure a full-cycle, high-quality client experience.
💼 Establish, implement, and maintain departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with corporate leadership.
💼 Oversee the Concierge team to emphasize client-driven services and high-quality care.
💼 Work closely with department directors, supervisors, and corporate staff to coordinate activities of the multiple departments.
💼 Ensure all departments, from operations to finance and sales, are functioning at the highest possible level.
💼 Ensure assessment, outcomes, and reporting standards are consistent with or exceed industry standards.
💼 Review performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
💼 Handle Airbnb platform updates and new listings.
What You’ll Need
💼 A track record of 3+ years in growing and sustaining effective, client-centered programs for a fast-growing organization.
💼 Demonstrated mastery of analytical responsibilities.
💼 A high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and sense of urgency, as well as the ability to deliver within a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment.
💼 Track record of strategic and cross-functional management and successful oversight of complex operations models.
💼 Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing your direct reports, as well as experience managing a variety of backgrounds.
💼 Most importantly, a strong sense of compassion and a strong desire to be a catalyst for our clients and internal team.
