🎯 Requirements:
🔸 Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer.
🔸 Experience with Linux, GCP or AWS, Kubernetes, and containerization.
🔸 Proficiency in Terraform and PostgreSQL.
🔸 Experience with Jenkins and Groovy or other scripting languages/CI platforms.
🔸 Advanced English verbal and written communication skills.
🔸 Must be located in Latin America.
🎯 Strategic responsibilities:
🔸 Lead the development of tooling to continuously improve the development experience and velocity.
🔸 Manage the delivery and operation of the product infrastructure to ensure it meets organizational needs, including delivery reliability, functionality, and security.
🔸 Lead the creation and improvement of software development processes and quality assurance activities to enhance product quality.
🔸 Provide coaching, mentoring, and expertise across multiple teams and stakeholders.
🎯 Daily responsibilities:
🔸 Manage and maintain the product infrastructure, improving scalability and facilitating improved deployment.
🔸 Manage and maintain the development pipeline, including build tooling, CI, and automation.
🔸 Implement new tooling and infrastructure configurations to improve development experience and velocity.
🔸 Review and provide feedback as an authority, ensuring development standards are consistently performed in line with organizational standards.
🔸 Fully participate in and provide feedback on the company's software development methodology, driving improvements as assigned.
