Requirements and responsibilities

We are seeking a Junior Automation & AI Solutions Engineer to assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using no-code/low-code platforms and advanced AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical foundation, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to solve problems while building efficient and scalable solutions for business processes. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement automation workflows using platforms such as n8n and Make.com - Assist in developing and integrating AI solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, and other AI service providers - Help create and maintain API integrations between various systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, SaaS services) - Contribute to analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions - Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation workflows - Maintain documentation for technical specifications, workflows, and procedures - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support - Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions - Research and evaluate new automation tools and technologies under guidance from senior team members
